A little background: Coinbase released a blog post that suggested their staff are there to work and not be part of political debate and the debate goes against their agreed mission. Leadership culture scalping has had the influential tech community fighting over what employees can and cannot do or should and shouldn’t be able to do. For me helping companies with company culture and strategy (these truly go hand in hand) it’s something that Dick nails (see tweets above). FWIW Coinbase has had well-documented issues and offering a Netflix style exit packages if employees disagree. Watch this space.
