🤷♂️ Shocker - Instagram check out / shopping works… Huge BUT…The bigger point, people are lazy, where we discover is important, if you add frictionless purchasing we will use it. We will rarely leave (x-platform) Instagram -> open a browser & purchase separately. The standalone discover to search experience will be tiny so defaults are always going to matter. A moat for Facebook but if you cannot create demand and won’t get discovery, no one will buy. All products need a push regardless of what big platforms suggest.
